Regio III - Insula I - Caseggiati III,I,12-13

This Trajanic building is situated in the north part of the large courtyard of insula I. It consists of two separate wings, containing small rooms. The lay-out is reminiscent of the central units of the Case a Giardino. There are three doors in each of the long outer walls (one is blocked). There is no upper storey. The building consisted of apartments, or was used for commercial activities.

Plan of the building. After SO I.
