Tomb 55a is a tomb a cassone located north of
tomb 55. The grave has been found during
a later excavation campaign. So, this tomb was not described by
Calza, nor was
the inscription found on the grave.
Tomb 55a is part of the so called "field of the poor".
The inscription, now destroyed, was turned to the Via Severiana.

son of Ionicus, who lived about 35 years.
