TOMB 75 and 76 (continuation)

Above the entrance of the burial chamber of tomb 76 is an inscription on a marble slab
of 32 x 54 cms. Only the right side of the plate is used. The left side is empty:

                            PIVS AEMILIAE
                            MAIORICE ET
                            COMINIO SILVA
                            NO CONCESSV IN
                            TRANTIB PARTE DEXT
                            LIB . LIBER . POS . EOR

On this inscription Marcus Antonius Pius allows Aemilia Maiorica and Cominius Silvanus
[to be burried] on the right side of the entrance, together with their freedmen and
their descendants.
