click to enlarge photographThe floor of the burial chamber was made of coloured mosaic.
Alongside the back-wall of tomb 93 is a large, brick bench for funeral rituals.
The tomb seems to have been built around 130 AD.
During a reorganisation of the tomb in later time the large niche of the back-wall was broken out to make place for
a sepulchral pillar.
On this pillar the following inscription can be read:

Caius Arrius Iherax has erected <this pillar> for Arria Moschis, his very good and devout patroness.
