Oscillum with theatre masks on both sides (178)
Found in the palestra of the Terme del Foro (I,XII,6).
Date: late first or early second century AD. W. 0.38, h. 0.23.
The ends are heads of eagles. Similar objects were found often in the atria and peristylia of houses in Pompeii.
