Statue of Iulia Procula as Hygieia (61)

Found in the Isola Sacra necropolis, tomb 106.
Date: first half of the second century AD. H. 2.10, h. of the head 0.27.
Identified through three inscriptions, two brief ones on marble slabs (w. 0.825 x h. 0.46; w. 0.83 x h. 0.415), and a longer one on the marble container of an urn (w. 0.285 x h. 0.40 x d. 0.23).
In her right hand is a patera, in her left hand a pyxis, a small box. She was buried by her mother.
